TERRIBLE. Misleading during sale, new roof failed inspection, didn't fulfill all contracted items, and nasty once they had our money.
We have had a leak in our roof off and on for 30 years, two different roofing companies redid the roof but neither of them removed the black roofing paper, they just added another layer of roofing paper. We had Senez replace the roof and they took off all the layers of roofing paper and replaced rotten wood, that should have been replaced earlier. They did an excellent job, the workers were all very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.
I want to write a review and explain how disappointed & disgusted I am with this company. We got a brand-new roof four years ago and every year since, Senez roofing has had to come out and fix an area in the garage were it continuously is leaking when we get heavy rains. There is a stain on the roof that we have fixed year after year. Now again after hurricane Matthew, the roof is leaking in the same spot and senez roofing was contacted. They have made appointments with us for weeks in a row and was a no call no show for three weeks. I patiently waited knowing how busy they were due to the hurricane aftermath. Finally when they came out on a scheduled day, I found one of the workers urinating in my front yard on the fence. We also found about 20 nails in our yard (we have two young kids) & there was also a wire that was part of our alarm system that they drilled into and we had to replace. Now we are in a "waiting" situation to see if the roof is fixed yet again, so we are waiting for heavy rains. It is very unsettling. What I recommend this company? Heck no
I called Senez Roofing to come out and tarp my roof as we have damage from hurricane Irma. I was told they would be to my house on 9/30 between 9am and 2pm. This company called the day before on 9/29 to confirm they would be coming on 9/30 between 9am and 2pm I asked if they could come earlier in the day and their person said yes she would put that on the schedule. It is now 3:37pm on 9/30 and I have not heard a word from this company. They have not shown up to tarp my roof. I also called them at 11:45am on 9/30 to see what was going on because they had not shown up (lady said she would have them come in morning) and nobody answered I did leave a message on somebody's voicemail. It sounded like the lady who called to confirm on 9/29. If you want a roofer who will show up don't use Senez Roofing. Apparently they have enough business and don't need more. They can now forget even coming in October to give me an estimate for a new roof on my home. I'm not surprised to see others who have also given this company a 1 star review.
I had extensive roof damage after hurricane Matthew, and Senez Roofing was recommended to me by a coworker. Not only did they give me a bid $4,000 cheaper than everyone else, the estimator explained the entire process. The workers arrived on time, and replaced my entire roof, added a ridge vent, and replaced a skylight within 10 hours! They worked hard, were very friendly, and I'm pleased with the results. I highly recommend Senez Roofing!
