When I went in to reserve the vehicle they advised they had pickup service and would pick me up the next morning. I needed to be picked up by 8:30 a.m. But nobody showed up and around 9 a.m. I called. The person on the other end of the line advised they would not be able to pick me up till about noon which did not help me at all. I had to walk to the location to pick up the car but other than that everything else went smooth.

CONGRATULATIONS! You, dear reader, have discovered what is perhaps the worst Enterprise in all of Florida, due only to a few lazy, arrogant employees who repeatedly made mistakes on paperwork, lied, manipulated, interrupted, were 25 minutes late on pickup then blamed the customer for it, and did their very best to BS me throughout every bit of this awful vehicle reservation that has become a life regret.
At this point, I'd hoped that my business with them was over... Alas, no. The individual whom had initially been so incredibly rude had also written my receipt in a manner unreimbursable by my company, so I called to ask for a corrected receipt... I was interrupted 14 times in 3 minutes, transferred three times within the agency, at which point, after 12 minutes on hold, the assistant manager blew up on me, then transferred me to the main Enterprise hotline rent another car.
If circumstances force you to use this agency, request Sheryl-Ann: She's terrific.
Very happy with the staff and vehicle then when I noticed a problem with the billing they were very quick to correct it with a smile.
I rented a vehicle from this location to drive out of town for a funeral. Although I had some minor issues, I give the team here a 5 star rating because once it was brought to their attention, I was taken care of by Earnest who made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the office.
Enterprise, do yourself a favor and help the kids staffing this place to find a McDonald's that will appreciate their talents before they shame your business.
As busy as they are, they always find time to accommodate me. I can't say enough about the overall attitudes about the employees in general. Over work and presumably underpaid, they still put a smile on the faces and push through each grueling day. It is always incredibly busy yet these folks get the job done. Always making me feel most important, they all deserve high recognition for a job exceptionally well done. Though there are facilities closer to me and even cheaper, this group of employees are what keeps this repeat customer returning time and time again. Thank you Enterprise Orange city for making each rental a memorable one. The Asst. Manager is TOPS! He goes far out of his way each time I rent to be sure that I have everything I need and with the major back problems I have, it is more than appreciated! Thank you ALL!
Regardless, at this point, I'd had such an awful experience that I returned the rental to another Enterprise, where I was treated fantastic customer service.
