Reserved a car online. Showed up, no car. Lady at desk said she had my reservation but she never received a car for me. Then she had the nerve to just dismiss me and move on to the next customer.
Got my rental from Enterprise for $3.00 more.
I also must say the people in front of me had the same exact issue.
NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE.
I've rented many cars from Budget's Orange City location over the past years and lately the customer service has really gone down hill. My recent experience with an employee named Falisa was so poor that I left the Budget office and went down the street to Enterprise Car Rental. The experience at Enterprise was far better... I will not be returning to Budget in the future.
When I called the "boss" Nelson all he could tell me was "try Sanford".
Based on the recent reviews Budget might want to contact Enterprise for customer service tips.

Absolutely horrific!! This used to be a good place. Now it's gone completely downhill. They literally extorted me to get new to purchase their insurance policy by telling me that they wouldn't rent to me EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSURANCE ALREADY. So due the circumstances I had to purchase the insurance. I'll NEVER come back. Also told me that my credit score is below average which is total crap.
