First time EVER my dog has snipped at anyone! She's 10 years old, and the poor baby is not allowed back. I truly feel it had to be whoever handled her. Her grooming services were great, tho!

The dude named Eric in the fish area was really cool, i saw him cleaning tanks and spraying reptiles, shows he cares and that's what i like to see. Always has time to interact with me and teaches me a couple of news things especially when it comes to Saltwater Fish, i love this guy and Petco.

September 12 2017 I have never experienced a rude employee like Eric short male black hair with very prepotent attitude. Don't ask him nothing cuz he will make you feel dumb and disrespected. This store should or retrain this type of employee and teach them manners and make them understand that they get paid to answer customers questions and help us, not to disrespect and give us attitude never stepping back in here...
