What a great lunch. We were seated immediately and the server introduced herself. Got our drink order and offered an appetizer. Was back within 3 mins with our yummy chips and salsa. Took our order and had our food with in 12mins. She and her staff were always checking our table for napkins, refill etc. Great job!!
Submitted an online order for Curbside Pick-Up. Ordering online and everything went smoothly. My wife stopped in for the Curbside Pick-Up. She followed the text instructions and everything...no sign of anyone to assist her on Curbside Pick-Up. She walks inside where the Pick Up Desk is, again no one to assist her. Someone who was wearing a Chilis shirt walks up to her and asks if anyone is helping her, and the assistance stops there, that person just disappears into the kitchen. Finally someone appears and she gets the food, and then walks back out to her car, and come home. If you call it "Curbside Pick-Up" don't have the customer walk into the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best.
Food is pretty consistently good. Screw you on collecting points. Had almost two free dinners earned, they changed the rules apparently, took away all my points when I went to use them. Very upset, to say the least. They should have grandfather'd what people already collected, THEN going forward, start the new program. Overall, servers are good and attentive. If they handled the point system better, I'd give them a higher score.
Very popular spot so can get crowded. Great service, yummy food, kids love it. Good variety of choices so everyone find something they want when we go with the family.
This Chili's restaurant was extremely good, but lately it is hit and miss. Sometimes good, and sometimes really bad. I came in today, dinner for 2 people, and restaurant was not full when we arrived. The food was consistently late, and incorrect twice. Very disappointing, as I have been coming here for 15+ years. ☹️☹️☹️
