Edit: October 15/2017 _ Not sure if the crew was stoned or overwhelmed. Cashier couldn't get the order right the first time, had to redo the order. Finally got the order and the usual large fry was just a cup barely filled to the top. Went up to the counter and mentioned that it was a large fry. The mopey fry boy sleepily dumped a small container of fries in the bag. Considering two teens, this order was over $30, but we didn't get the value out of mediocre French fries.
Outstanding taste, not your ordinary burger and the guy who took my order was a cool dude. Would definitely recommend
Food was great, but a sweet worker named Tara made my day. The kindness shown went above and beyond. Thanks Tara!!
Friendly staff. Amazing food! Clean and organized. Food was fresh and hot. No drive thru. Burgers and fries. Other options are available also. Inside and patio dining available.
Edit 10/18/17 - emailed the complain, got a response from the district manager who thanked me for input, but never resolved the issue of giving good customer service to the repeat customer's that pay their utilities.
Very disappointed with this location.
Obnoxious music blasting so loud it was impossible to talk. A mellow, more quiet song came on in the middle of our meal...they changed it to a very loud, fast song. Ruined any chance of talking and couldn't wait to leave. It was an after school treat, a chance for us to talk about my child's day. Nope. And 12.00 for ONE small cheeseburger, small fries, and drink is outrageous. Add that to the music...won't be going back there. No wonder the dining area is empty every time we visit. It wasn't our first time but definitely the last. Three strikes and you're out. Too many other food choices around to be miserable. It's not a bar, and if the workers want the bar atmosphere, that's where they should work. Just saying.edit: 5 months later we tried again. Music so loud you can't hear yourself think; conversation is impossible.
Reiterating the "Will Never Go Back" to any 5 Guy's owned by Bengel's Burgers LLC. and trust me, is not my loss.
Will not visit again.
