Best price and service in the area. Purchased, made in USA, Queen Ambiance set with Sleep Tite cover and frame, delivered and installed next day for $885.00. After receiving bed, was too high and they freely exchanged for lower profile boxsprings the very next morning. Thanks Martin and your outstanding delivery crew! Recommend highly after you visit other larger stores in the area.
I will never buy a mattress again or refer anyone to this location. I am dissatisfied due to the poor management and no satisfaction. I bought a mattress that came with a box spring had it for thirty days (the springs) made a lot of noise and unable to sleep comfortable. I explained the situation to the management due the fact that I was aware of the five year warranty. The management came to my residential area to take pictures of the mattress to send it to the corporate office to see if It can be granted the warranty. In result, the corporate revoked giving me the warranty due to the mattress having a couple of stains (water stains) on it. Now, I am stuck with a noisy mattress ( believe cheap quality with an over price mattress) next, I am also stuck with the box spring. Money is wasted! Thank you to the management for robbing me and misleading about the warranty. God blessings!
Drove all around town looking for a store that had mattresses in stock that you could buy and leave with, this was the only mattress store that didn't have to order and ship. The store is very small, but don't let that some you from giving this company your business. The sales guy was very nice and not pushy like most of the other mattress stores. I recommend checking this store out if you're looking for a mattress.
Martin was so amazing! Did not push me into something I did not want to buy, showed me exactly what I wanted and got down to business, very very happy with my choice! Definitely would recommend!
Let me first say that I have spent most of my life in customer service and I am not easily impressed. It was labor day weekend and I was looking for a quality mattress at a good price. I walked in, not realizing it was closing time and Martin told me not to worry and to just take my time. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did not push me to buy but instead asked questions, gave me several options, then walked away. I laid on mattress after mattress and stayed for quite a while to really get a good feel on each one. He asked me if I'd like some grapes and we joked a bit before he told me to take as long as I needed and that he was there if I had any questions. I have been very unsatisfied with my last mattress for the past 5 years so I was hesitant to buy because it is quite a commitment and price tag. He really took the time to listen to my wants and reservations and assured me that I would be treated like family and to just take my time because the right answer would come, whatever that may be. We talked a bit about our personal lives and what got him in the business. His kindness and honesty is what ultimately got my purchase, not to mention the great deal! The mattress was delivered to my new place the next day but I was not moving in for several weeks so the mattress sat in the plastic. When I finally moved in, I slept like a BABY!!!!! The next morning I leaned against the bed and felt something sharp scratch my leg. There was a defect in the bed and a piece of the inner frame had come unwelded. I was hesitant to contact Martin (because we all know how customer service is these days - pretty nonexistent) but he did say that if I needed anything to call so I sent him an email. He immediately called, apologized and said he would replace the mattress! He knows I have a toddler and was concerned about her getting hurt. He told me not to worry and was at my house within 2 hours completely accommodating my schedule. Talk about customer service! When he says he will treat you like family, he means it! It is hard to believe his level of commitment to providing a great customer experience and caring about a good nights sleep. It really means a lot to me to be treated so well and all my concerns put to bed(pun intended). I will always recommend Mattress Liquidation Store to anyone in need of a new mattress and I guarantee he has made a life long customer!
