Easy to find, went in at 10:00 am on a Tuesday. Had to pick a number and was seen within less than 5 minutes. Got duplicate registration, was notified of a toll violation from a month ago we were unaware of (thank you!), and were out within another few minutes. Best tag/registration experience ever!
This is my primary office for tag and title service. I have always been treated courteous and in a timely manner given the time of day. Sometimes slow means 'Efficient customer service' which is not a bad thing in today's world which lacks consideration some times.

It depends on who you get. Some are nice, some need to retire...But, I guess I'd be old crab if I was stuck behind that glass all day too. Its the government, I don't think any of us have high expectations when we go in so its not such a hard fall when expectations are not met.
I have been coming too this tag and title office for several years and I have always been treated kindly and with great customer service. Sometimes there is a longer wait. Its usually during their lunch breaks. Hey..no problem, they have to eat too.☺
