The problem I had involved one of my installs years ago. It was a fairly large project that just didn't go as planned. It had nothing to do directly with the store or product, but rather the method the installer used.. to make matters worse, months had passed and I feared it was too late to get anything done.
One call, Josh was at my home and admitted he wasn't happy with what he saw. Less than a week later the whole project had been fixed. When I say fixed, I mean "truly fixed" and not just patched up. They sent a new installer - and it was completed to the stores normal high standards. That installer no longer works with this company and I've been happy as ever with every job since.
While I seriously doubt you'll have any type of negative experience with The Laminate Flooring store, I think it's important to know how a store handles problems before you invest hundreds or thousands of dollars into a large project. With so many past projects with this company, I've only had one negative experience. What's funny is that experience is what completely won me over and truly "wowed!" me.
