Very disappointed. I have a mattress through Aarons and ive only got a few payments left, and I've ALWAYS payed my bill. This particular month i had forgotten that the payment was set to automatically withdraw, and it went through putting my account in the negative. I called to see if i could get a refund and push it back for the week since that money was supposed to be for gas and groceries and she couldnt have cared less. She rambled about some regional managers keys and when i asked her to clarify she told me to ignore it and that its not relevant. When i pay this mattress off im done with aarons for good. RENT-A-CENTER has my business now!!!

I was told if any damage is done to the bed they will replace it. The frame broke while we were sleeping and when they came to change the frame, the delivery men stated the frame cant be changed without getting a new head board because it broke right out of the head board. Now neither the frame or head board is being replaced because its physical damage. I am no a child and will not be jumping on the bed. The bed broke while we were sleeping and both pieces should be replaced. They will not replace my bed. If this was the case and damage done beyond my control will not be replaced, I will never go to this company or refer anyone here ever again!!!!
Great customer service. Nery was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We went in at 11 and had our washer delivered at 3 the same day. Delivery guys were nice and helpful also. The whole process was super easy. Thanks!
