This is quality health care. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They treat you with dignity and respect. And the follow up is top notch. They even called to check up on my mom the next day. The nurses have always been amazing!!!!!! I will always bring my mom there and recommend them to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work Jena.
Staff is great, very caring and helpful. Nurses are all great always. The NP's are very good I've seen two of them Jennifer and Allison both top notch in my book. Will highly recommend Jena Medical.
Been going to Jenna for years. Usually go for acute issues and they are quick for a walk in clinic. Staff is courteous and professional. NP Alison was awesome. Will be back again for sure!
Do NOT go here! You don't see a doctor on a walk-in and the nurse practitioner, Jennifer Cox, is extremely cold, rude and incompetent. My parent was sick and visited the clinic and they had a very poor experience as well. Jennifer Cox insulted my mother for not being familiar with a term. After my initial visit, I was still very sick so I called the clinic and their stand is "come back" again for another evaluation. They were not concerned about the lack of professionalism by one of their "doctors (NP)". They just suggested you ask for someone else. Why would anyone want to support a clinic that has this type of attitude. I now have to go to another clinic to get the proper treatment that should have been taken care of the first time. I don't need/expect to be treated rudely when I/we are sick. DO NOT go to Jena Medical Group.
My husband and I both go here for any health issues. The staff is completely and genuinely caring. We have seen both Jennifer and Allison... Both very professional and pleasant... Both take their time to listen. I highly recommend this clinic and appreciate all that work there.
