Always packed, minimum tellers(always very nice though), atms have run out of money on weekends. B of A recently closed their only other location around here too, their either going broke or their saving every penny for their CEOs.
This bank branch is run-down and surprisingly neglected. Landscaping is overgrown and littered with trash.
BEWARE ! Horrible horrible bank, they randomly closed my bank the day before my check from my job was suppose to clear. They said I couldn't get my money back until 10-15 business days when I already waited 2 weeks for my check to clear. They closed my account for absolutely no reason. I had to go the bank in sanford & they gave me my money in just 2 minutes. Hate boa.
I agree. Horrible customer service. Refused to let me withdraw money out of my own account. Manager was a waste of time. I would recommend BOA located in Deland.
Worst BOA Branch ever!!! I got there today at 4:53 pm to make a deposit. Both the drive thru & inside was already closed even though the sign clearly shows 5 pm as their closing time. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this branch & I only go here because it's the closest one to my house. And would someone please tell me why all their other locations stay open until 6 pm on Friday's for people that don't get off of work until 5 pm, but this branch closes sometimes before 5 pm??? RIDICULOUS!!!!
The "financial center" closes completely (lobby AND drive-thru) at 4:00 P.M. When it IS open, the drive-thru has only 1 lane open, and cars (I presume employees') are parked in the lanes that are closed.
